1Comment How to cure trigger finger?
I have had trigger finger in my pinkie for a long time, but in the last few months it has gotten very bad. I wake up with it locked up and lots of nerve pain, and I have to pry it open with my other hand. When I do this it is also very painful. I’ve tried a variety of things: rest (it just comes back when I resume lifting weights), using lifting straps when lifting, even a high does of vitamin e for a month. I went to the orthopedist the other day and got a steroid shot put into it, which was supposed to kill all of the inflammation within 48 hours. It has been 3 days and the finger still locks up. It is not much better, if it is at all. Does anyone have any alternative suggestions for fixing trigger finger? I would like to avoid surgery. Thanks!

If you are talking about rules, it depends on what rules you are talking about. Beginning early this year, google made some changes to their search ranking, in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, on official google blog it is estimated 11.8% search results will be affected by this update, say it another way, google thinks about 12% of it’s search results are really bad and need to manipulated. The update was initiated more than a year ago, maybe that’s why some of my ranks dropped out of first 10 pages, on the other hand almost all keywords promoted by contextual links are not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s almost a sure thing that plain link building loses all it’s attraction, at least in the eye of google.
What is old way of link building any way? a large percentage of SEO firms will do this, they add your links to those linking websites without context, these websites will only be updated when new links are being added, and most of them are useless, we call these sites link spamming sites. New google algorithm most likely will punish these link spammers, all the links on those websites will have the same fate.
A few real world examples will help to explain what I said. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I started promote the keyword, Sash Chain, it was old way of link building all the way, lately I figured that every site in the campaign had way too many links, worst yet, those sites had no content at all.
