What Will Blog and Article Marketing Do for Your Business?

When it comes search engines, google is still the king, and they are doing everything they can to maintain their lead,   in the hope of furnishing it’s search users better results, according to their official blog, this change impacts 11.8% organic search results, put it this way, google thinks about 12% of it’s search results are really bad and need to manipulated. They planned and started the update about one year ago, and recently I see some of my ranks were lowered considerably, the good thing is that those keywords promoted by content rich links are not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s almost a sure thing that plain link building loses all it’s attraction, at least in the eye of google.

So what exactly is linking campaign the old way? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they put your links on websites which only exist for holding links, these websites will only be updated when new links are being added, almost all of them are garbage, the name link spamming are just for these sites. Now google algorithm probably will weed out these sites, any links on them will be affected too. 

Maybe a few examples will make it clear. It was quite some time ago, I started promote the keyword, traffic cones, at that time almost every body was doing plain linking campaign, a lot of sites I used had too many links, and those sites had only links, no real content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, finally the rank improved a lot,   the honeymoon lasted until google changed it’s mind. Here is another keyword, chain puller , we promoted this keyword with articles and blog posts, with very few plain links, now we have really good ranking for this keyword. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? In fact the only thing matters here is content, when you create unique and quality content, you will attract readers as well as search engines. It’s never too late to build good blogs for business purpose, take a look at this blog, best smartphones , in the beginning I just post to it casually, lately I added nice stuff left and right, it’s no way this site will rank, right?, actually, no, in actuality my site is ranking high for some nice search phrases. As far as SEO concerned, quality blog marketing is much better than plain link building. Remember content is king, you just need to create content, share the content with people, and put your keywords in the context you’re good to go, this strategy will prevail in short or long term. A question about work.?

Well, right now I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I usually work during the days….and most of the time I don’t have to work that long….like maybe 11-4 no problem for me, but sometimes I have to work from 11-6:30 and I don’t know but for some reason, those last two and a half hours really tire me out. The thing is though is my female manager always gives me a break, but when the male managers are on shift they never say "hey you wanna take a break?" I know I should say something, but they hardly ever schedule enough people and when I do say something they will say..Well can you stay around here just in case it gets busy..(I work in a restaurant) Also, when I work at night 5-12am i’m ususally working with one of the male managers and he I guess doesn’t know that pregnant women aren’t supposed to lift heavy thing..because he always says…can you stock the freezer with food? The boxes usually weigh around 40 lbs..Luckily I found out we had a dolly so it’s not that bad anymore…
My question is though, could this cause any harm? I mean I know I’m tired…but could this hurt my baby in any way?

Lifting too much weight could cause you to go into preterm labor because of the stress and excess work that your abdomen is doing. Working that many hours is okay, but being on your feet for that long could make you really tired and stressed out. If I were you, I’d talk to the male manangers. Chances are, they will be understanding. Most of the time, men just don’t know that pregnant woman have to take it easy.

Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? The latest google update will definitely downgrade most if not all of these sites, the links on those spamming sites won’t work anymore.

I rested a wrist nag for a month, but hasn’t made a difference!?

Hey guys.
My wrist started playing up a couple months ago, just came on, i knew it was related to weightlifting, cause ive started bodybuilding 7 months ago and have made really good progress.

So the wrist nag came on, and sort of stayed with it, just wore like these wrist straps and carried on lifting, never got worse and it never got better, but i though it was best to rest it for a month, just so it never got worse, so a month later and here i am, it is the same nag as before, i mean its not painful, its just uncomfortable.

Its located on my wrist joint, right hand on my little finger side, discomfort when i turn hand so palm is facing up and bending wrist towards little finger side again, like i said no real pain just an annoying nag! No idea with the next step is as i take cod liver oil, ice and heat it, i guess it could be tendinitis, maybe i should still lift with it , cause rest hasn’t made a bit of difference.

What would you guys do?

Fix it. I’d guess from your description that you have aggravated an old injury or complication. They are much harder to fix than a nice fresh straight forward injury. You have to unravel and fix probably three layers of symptoms/complication/compensations until you find the base issue and fix it. Tedious incredible tedious…
