Birthed when one of its architecture-student founders realized that people suddenly cared a lot more about her final project when they discovered it was completely made out of pomegranate, and that they could eat the crap out of it, Coolhaus is an industrial metal-heavy, hot pink logo-outfitted ice cream truck debuting tonight at Yo Miami’s Mr. Rogers-themed bash at Found. It’ll sling artfully constructed ice cream sammies inspired by famous architects like Dutch namesake Rem Koolhaas and Louis Kahn, who once famously said “even a brick wants to be something”, although he probably didn’t mean a Ben Folds Five song. Poor brick.

Every single piece of sweet goodness is made in-truck, including almost a dozen all-natural cookies (known as the “walls”) like snickerdoodle, red velvet, peanut butter, double chocolate fudge, lemon rosemary, and maple waffle white chocolate (which you’ll try to order three of, but only get them like 32% of the time). Those’re then thrown around ice cream flavors like brown butter-candied bacon, carrot cake batter, Guinness chip, orange chocolate Cointreau, and dirty mint before being wrapped in edible paper and smashed into creamy creations like the Frank Berry, which homages one of the most famous architects of all time, Frank Gehry.

Later this year, they’ll be dropping the Gin & Arquitec-Tonic-a (G&T flavors with a twist of lime and elderflower, paying respect to local architectural giants Arquitectonica), plus the Cuban Cigar — which, along with a sweet chocolate, will incorporate a smoky tobacco flavor, which stands in stark contrast to what’s coming out of the Bong for the Dumped.

High Quality Content Means More Juice: Blogging For Your Success

Google made big changes to the ways their search results rank,   in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, on official google blog it is estimated 11.8% search results will be affected by this update, in another word, there are about 12% of google search results are considered low quality by google itself. The update was initiated more than a year ago, and recently I see some of my ranks were lowered considerably, the good thing is that those keywords promoted by content rich links are not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s obvious that linking campaign the old way is the thing of past, probably due to links crammed sites being downgraded by google.

So what exactly is linking campaign the old way? a large percentage of SEO firms will do this,  they add your links to those linking websites without context, the only updates on those websites are the new links, almost all of them are garbage, the name of link spamming sites is justified. Now google algorithm probably will weed out these sites, the links on those spamming sites won’t work anymore.  

Let’s check out a few examples. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I started promote the keyword, Sash Chains, of course with old way of link building, lately I figured that every site in the campaign had way too many links, and the worst thing is that those sites are linking sites only and had no content, not even crap content. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, finally the rank improved a lot,   the honeymoon lasted until google changed it’s mind. Now let’s look at another keyword, chain pullers, most back links for this keyword are from articles and posts, not too many plain links have been built, now we have really good ranking for this keyword. Old and outdated linking campaign lost to content linking, what’s next? In fact the only thing matters here is content, as long as you dole out high quality content, not only people will love to read your stuff, so do the search engines. How do you do it? Writing articles and building blogs, take a look at this blog, sherri hill , in the beginning I just post to it casually, lately I added nice stuff left and right, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. As far as SEO concerned, quality blog marketing is much better than plain link building.
